When is surrogacy simple?
Two children need a loving and stable home. No one in their lives seems to be capable of providing that right now:
Litz is the Monrovia attorney who brokered the deal through his company, Surrogate Mothers Inc., founded in 1984. Although Litz claims a "pretty decent" record over 20 years, this case is a mess -- at so many levels, it's hard to unravel where to begin.
Questions about who is father, total blank on who is mother. Twins implanted in third party and carried to term by women under contract -- they are now in limbo. Some call Indiana "fly-over country." Indiana, which refuses to countenance such outrageous things calls itself wise. Amen.

I wonder if a "New and Improved Birth Certificate" I designed would have helped these people consider the "messiness" of this case?
This post (http://www.evangelicaloutpost.com/intellectuelle/archives/cat_current_events.html) I wrote on new birth certificates was a bit tongue in cheek.
