Previously, exhibitism like this would have drawn passage to the nearest lunatic asylum, where an individual is kept from inflicting harm on himself and others. Now it's the ticket to an Ivy School degree -- with hearty accolades. Let's surround the poor dear (and her children) with prayer.
UPDATE: Yuval Levin at NRO thinks it may be a hoax:
Self-insemination of the sort she seems to be claiming is no easy feat, and “herbal” abortifacients are extremely dangerous and not at all reliably effective. It’s highly unlikely that these two improbable elements would both be carried off successfully multiple times, and with no side effects.
Hoax or no (and I believe the truth will out within a week because of the furious "discourse" she wanted to inspire) the point that the adminstration of Yale can sit by and simply stroke their beards over her originality is the more outrageous.

According to this
it was a work of "creative fiction".
"She stated to three senior Yale University officials today, including two deans, that she did not impregnate herself and that she did not induce any miscarriages."
Still a sad product of a sick mind.

I hope this woman gets the psychological, medical and spiritual help she so desperately needs.
